About Mobberley Parish Council

Hannah Moss is the current Chairman. Hannah is a busy member of the council, sitting on the Finance Committee, Planning Committee, Rajar Committee, Victory Hall Trust Committee and the Village Events Committee. Carol Critchley is a familiar face in Mobberley and has a special interest in planning where she sits as a parish councillor - Carol joined us in 2025. Carol can be contacted at carol.critchley@mobberleyparishcouncil.co.uk

Sally Thomas joined the Parish Council in 2023. Sally has been involved in proof reading many of the Parish Council documents. She has organised community litter picking sessions and has a wide knowledge of the footpaths in Mobberley. Sally has joined the Village Amenities committee. Neil Runciman joined the Parish Council in 2025. Neil is our Manchester Airport Liaison councillor and sits on the Victory Hall Charity Committee.
